Return Policy:

Quality control is very important to us.  We will do everything in our power to make sure that your order is filled correctly.  If a mistake is made on your order that was caused by us then we will correct the mistake and redo your order.  If your order was carried out as stated on the proof that you have approved then we cannot accept a return. 

Cancellation Policy:

We will accept cancellations on undecorated items but we must charge a 20% restocking fee and an additional shipping fee may apply.
