What Is a UPF Rating?

UPF stands for "ultraviolet protection factor rating system". K527 polos This system measures the amount of UV protection provided by a fabric. It is similar to the SPF rating system given to sunscreens. The K527 / L527 polo has a UPF of 40 so it only allows 1/40th of the UV radiation falling on the shirt to pass through it.

What Do We Check When We Receive Your Artwork?

We check to make sure your artwork is embroidery friendly and doesn't need major changes. We size it to its embroidered size and make sure all the design elements are readable. We also check to see if your logo colors will show up well against the shirt colors you've chosen. If we think an adjustment is necessary we'll contact you. Many times if your logo needs a modification to work for embroidery the change is so slight that most people don't notice it.

Read an Artwork File?

Do embroidery machines "read" artwork files? NO! Embroidery machines receive data from embroidery machine files. An artwork file is used as a template for a digitizer to create a stitch file which is then saved in an embroidery machine file format.
