How Are Embroidery and Screen Printing Orders Processed?
We pride ourselves in giving our customers personalized service when placing their order. We give attention to every detail so you'll be completely satisfied with your custom embroidery and screen printing. This is how your order is processed:
- Initial Correspondence - You contacts us to request a quote for shirts (include the shirt style number, quantity and attach your logo). Many people add questions about their order if they have them.
- Itemized Quote - We'll respond with an itemized quote (including shipping if applicable) and answer your questions. We may ask a question if we're uncertain about something. We'll also request that you let us know if you want to place an order and we'll email an invoice from PayPal.
- Itemized Invoice - We'll email an invoice from PayPal. Your garments will be listed by style, size and color. The location of your logo, shipping cost and turnaround time will be included. PayPal will give instructions on how to complete the transaction. You don't need a PayPal account to use your credit card.
- Received Payment - We'll email you after receiving your payment so you know your order was received.
- Embroidery /Screen Printing Set-up - within two days after receiving your payment we'll email your embroidery/screen printing set-up. Your proof will be in the correct colors with your "shirt background" so you'll see how your design will look. We'll ask you to let us know if this proof works for you or if changes are needed.
- Production - After set-up approval we'll start production. Before embroidering or screen printing your shirts we'll check to make sure we have the correct styles, sizes and colors. Then a sample is run and checked before your shirts are embroidered or printed. After your shirts are embroidered they are trimmed and steamed before being individually folded. Screen printed shirts are folded in groups of twelve.
- Packing - Your shirts are organized by style/color and size, packed and labeled for UPS Ground shipping.
- Shipping - You'll receive an email from UPS Quantum View when your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number(s) and information.

We can help you with your contract embroidery needs in the NJ area. We have a two week turnaround for most jobs with rush services available. We can supply preproduction samples.
