A:  R-Tek fleece is a 100% polyester fleece with an anti-pill finish which prevents "pills".  Styles JP77(men) & LP77(ladies) are made from R-Tek fleece.

A: Yes, your text can be set-up so that it has smooth edges. An experienced embroider will know how to do this.

Q: What does it cost to have my left chest logo set-up for embroidery?

A: It depends on the size of the garment order and the difficulty of the embroidery design.  If your order is for 24 items or more your set-up fee is included in the garment cost.  If you order a smaller number of items, the average cost is $45.00 to $65.00 for embroidery set-up.  Some logos will be less expensive and very detailed logos will be more.

Q: My logo is designed using specific shades of color.  How can I make sure the correct colors are used when my logo is embroidered?

A: To have the exact colors reproduced in your embroidered logo you need to let your embroiderer know what PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors were used in your logo. With this information your embroiderer will do his best to find the closest matching thread colors.  Thread colors are assigned PMS colors but not all PMS colors have a matching thread color so your embroiderer many have to use the closest matching thread color.

Can Designs with Lots of Detail Be Embroidered On Polar Fleece?

Yes, if necessary a light fill can be embroidered to help fine detail stand out on polar fleece.
