Q: I have a heart-sized embroidery design that I would like to have embroidered on the back of a jacket. Will I have to pay a set-up charge?

A: Even if your embroidery design is already digitized, a small heart-sized design can't be resized for a jacket back design. The design must be set-up for the larger size because different stitch types are used to create a jacket back design.
