Quantity break downs are: 1-6 items, 7-12, 13-23, 24-36, 37-49, 50-74, 75-124 and 125-199. Please call for quantities over 200. There's no minimum for embroidered garments. There's a six item minimum for embroidered hats and visors.
Pricing is based on the type of garment, size of design, number of embroidery locations and quantity of garments. There is no additional charge for the number of thread colors in a design. There is no additional charge for thread changes to accommodate different garment colors.
Embroidery set-up pricing is based on whether you use a stock design or a custom logo. Stock embroidered text is free.
Stock design pricing ranges from $15.00 for small designs to $50.00 for large designs. Stock designs can be found at Great Notions Embroidery Designs.
Custom logo pricing is based on the size and complexity of the design. Most left chest designs are $30.00. Embroidery set-up, also known as "digitizing", is free for left chest designs when 24 or more items are ordered. Large jacket back designs are quoted on an individual basis. Digitizing is a one time fee. Your digitized design is kept on file for reorders. For more information on digitizing see What Is Digitizing?
Screen printing set-up fees are based on the number of colors per design. There is a $20.00 screen charge for each color. There is a $10.00 per screen "reclaim" charge for reorders.
Screen printing pricing is based on the style and color of the garment, number of print locations, number of colors in the design and the quantity ordered. For more information on screen printing costs see How To Order Custom Screen Printed T-Shirts.
There's a 72 piece minimum for screen printing. Contact us for screen printing pricing.
Samples may be ordered to check garments, embroidery, thread colors and sizing. Samples may be either blank or embroidered. Pricing is given on a per order basis. Blank samples may be returned to be embroidered.
We accept jpeg, pdf, psd, ai, gif, cdr, bmp and tiff file formats. Vector art is best for most designs. If a vector file isn't available send the highest resolution file you have. Please convert all objects to curves/ paths before sending artwork. Major artwork changes may be charged an artwork editing fee of $25.00 per hour. We don't accept word processing formats such as doc, docx and ppt files.

When selecting a stock embroidery design, it is important to look for a design that is sized correctly for your needs. A design that is 3.5 inches wide cannot be used for a jacket back design. Check our design size chart below to see what design size will work for you.
Thread colors can be changed but you can't add additional areas of color. For example, if you choose a design of a white cat you can change the color of the cat to black but you can't change the cat into a calico (3-colored cat).
Additional text can be added to most designs but there may be size restrictions depending on the size of the design, its placement and the amount of text to be added. Once you have selected a design, we can show you possible font styles to use for your text.

We carry a full range of apparel and accessories including shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, hats, visors, aprons, athletic wear and bags. What's In Our Store gives an overview of available styles.
You can search for a certain style if you know the style number. To search, click Store in the main navigation bar, fill in the style number in the search box then click "go". Depending on the style, one or more thumbnail images will appear. If there is more than one image, the first image should have the style number below it. If so, click that link and you should see a large picture of the style along with descriptive and color information.
We're happy to send sample garments so you can check sizing. Sizing for individual styles can be found by clicking the "View Specsheet" link in the upper right of the style page. Items containing cotton can shrink up to 10% of the garment size depending on how the item is laundered.
We stock a wide range of thread and ink colors. Let us know if you need specific PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors. If you require Pantone matching for embroidery thread we recommend that you have an embroidered sample sent to you so you can verify thread colors.
If you need text embroidered in a stock embroidery font we'll email you a proof showing with your text in different fonts so you can see exactly how each font will look before making your choice.
In addition to the traditional left chest placement we can also embroider and print on the right chest, sleeves, cuffs and the back. Have a different placement in mind? Tell us what it is and we'll let you know if it can be done.
Our Store contains a Design Tool which will allow you to view your logo on a particular style and item color. Many customers find this helps them visualize how their logo will look on a shirt.

We accept Pay Pal, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Payments are made through PayPal's secure site. You don't need a PayPal account to use your credit card. We don't receive your payment information. If you are unable to pay through PayPal you may send a check. See our pricing and payment page for more information.
You'll be asked to approve a digital proof before your order is processed. For embroidery, you may request to have an embroidered sample mailed to you so you can check thread colors and stitching quality. There is no additional charge for this service. Samples are sent through regular mail so if you need your sample quickly then its best to pay for Overnight or Priority Mail

Most orders ship in ten days.
Shipping is free for orders over $150.00. See Shipping Information for rates for orders under $150.00. Items are shipped through UPS Ground. Rush shipping is available. Additional fees will apply.
You'll receive an email from UPS Quantum View when your order is shipped. This email will contain your tracking number and the delivery date. Orders are shipped from the 08230, Seaville NJ zip code. Delivery time is based on business days only. Delivery time to most west coast locations is five business days. Rush shipping is available.
All designs and artwork are kept on file. If you make changes to an existing design there may be added charges. Reorders for embroidery don't require a set-up fee. Reorders for screen printing require a screen reclaim fee of $10.00 per screen.
Rush orders are accepted when our current schedule allows for their completion. Additional charges may apply.
Decorated items aren't returnable. If you aren't completely happy with your order please contact us and we'll do everything we can to satisfy you. Check out our Policies page for more information.
