Production Turnaround Time

Embroidery Production Time:

Production time for most embroidery orders is five to ten days. Large orders may require more time. If you need your order quickly, give us your "must have" date and your shipping address and we'll make every effort to accommodate you. If we can't fulfill your order before your requested date we'll let you know before you place your order.

 

Screen Printing Production Time:

Screen printing turnaround time is approximately two weeks.  If you need a quicker turnaround time let us know and we'll try to accommodate you.

 

Shipping Time:

Shipping time to your location is not included in our production time. We're located in southern New Jersey and ship from the 08230 zip code. Shipping time can vary from one to five business days. UPS Ground shipping time to the west coast is usually five days.  That means if we ship your order on a Friday, you'll receive it the following Friday.

Expedited Shipping:

Expedited shipping is available. Please tell us if you require expedited shipping and we'll let you know what shipping time and cost options are available.
