Embroidery and Screen Printing Pricing and Payment

We'll be happy to email you an itemized quote which includes all costs. There is no minimum for embroidery excluding hats and aprons which require a six piece minimum.   There is a 72 item minimum for screen printing.

Embroidery Discount Pricing:

  • Embroidery quantity discount pricing for 7 or more items for shirts and outerwear
  • Discount pricing for 12 or more bags, hats, visors, towels and aprons
  • Free embroidery set-up for 24 or more items (1 left chest logo)
  • Quantity break downs for most items are: 1-6 items, 7-12 items, 13-23 items, 24-36 items, 37-49 items, 50-74 items, 75-124, 125-199, 200 and up - please call.
  • Embroidery set-up fees (if any) range from $15.00 to $35.00 and up depending on the size and amount of detail in the design. An embroidery set-up fee is a one-time fee. You won't be charged again. Your embroidery set-up is kept on file for future orders.
  •  Shipping costs (if any) are added to your order before you submit payment.  Shipping is free for orders over $150.00.  To view shipping costs for orders less than $150.00 see Shipping Information.

Screen Printing Pricing:

  • 72 piece minimum (same print)
  • Pricing is based on the quantity, color and type of items; number and location of prints; number of colors per print and the sizes needed
  • Pricing breakdowns start at 72-143 and continue up

After telling us that you'd like to submit an order you'll receive an email from PayPal.  This email will include a link to your invoice on PayPal's secure site. After clicking on the link, you'll be given instructions on how to pay the invoice. You'll see the itemized invoice and the invoice total before you make a payment.

You don't need a PayPal account to make a payment. You can make a payment through PayPal (check out as a guest) using your credit card. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. When you pay through PayPal we don't receive your personal information such as your credit card number or bank account information.

If you don't want to use PayPal we can accept a check. Please let us know if you prefer this method of payment.

Payment Receipt and Proof Approval:

After you have submitted payment you'll receive a "thank-you" response from us so you know your payment has been received. We'll let you know when to expect your embroidery set-up proof. Most set-ups take 1-2 days. Production time is usually ten days.
