Return Policy

Quality control is very important to us. We'll do everything we can to make sure your order is filled correctly. If we have caused a mistake we will correct it and redo your order. Please inform us of any problems within thirty days after receiving your order. If your order was carried out as stated on the proof you approved then we cannot accept a return.

If you are uncertain about receiving a digital proof, you may request an embroidered sew-out or embroidered item be sent to you so you can check quality, sizing and colors. If you are unsure about the quality or sizing of a garment you may request sample items to checkout before placing your order.

Sample Policy

You may order blank samples (undecorated) to check styles, colors and sizing. Samples may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) if returned within three weeks of the purchase date. Please call for an authorization number before sending items. You are responsible for paying for return shipping.

Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellations on undecorated items but a 25% restocking fee may apply.  If you cancel your order after your embroidery set-up is complete that charge will be deducted from your refund. Please call for a return authorization number before returning any items.  

Privacy Policy

We will not sell or exchange your personal information. All credit card transactions are processed on PayPal's secure site. We don't receive any of your credit card information.
